Our client, a private equity firm, is looking for an experienced accounting professional to add to their growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounts receivable invoices and expense reimbursements.
- Manage accounts payable and review expense reports.
- Support tax filings and workpapers for various entities.
- Address tax and governmental notices.
- Record monthly general ledger entries for investments.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with monthly accounting close and quarterly fund mailings.
- Provide support to the Office Manager and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of accounting experience; public accounting is a plus.
- Experience with tax filings for partnerships and corporations.
